📋 GotPhoto setup check

Before you export, confirm these in GotPhoto:

• Use a separate job for students and a separate job for staff.
• Name each group by grade — the exact wording you want printed on the composite. (Album Actions → Edit Album Settings)
• Include teacher names for every group — that field is how ClassPhoto matches each teacher to their class.
• Star the yearbook photo for every student — especially if you shot multiple poses.

Two teachers share a last name? Include their first names too, so ClassPhoto knows which teacher goes with which class. You can always fix a wrong guess in Step 3.

Then export the student job like this:

1. Communications
2. Student Data Export — Overview (scroll down to find it)
3. Create Export
4. Custom
5. 640 × 800 pixels
6. File name: Firstname_LastName
   • Replace spaces in the filename with underscores — OFF
   • Include students without photos or incomplete data — ON
   • Include student data as a CSV file — OFF
7. Preview
8. Run Student Export
9. Download Package

Repeat the same nine steps on your staff job so both zips are ready before you build composites.

Start Over?

This will clear all student photos, names, and settings (including your auto-saved progress) so you can begin a new school from scratch. This cannot be undone.
